Perfect for these brisk fall nights around a campfire or when you’re looking to take the cooking outside! Try this delicious and ridiculously easy Dutch Oven Peach Crumble with your favorite McCabe’s flavor!


5-6 medium peaches, diced
1 package (12oz) McCabe’s Granola
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Preheat 10″ dutch oven to 350°F, lightly coating with cooking oil

2. In a medium bowl, combine peaches, milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, 3 tablespoons of butter (leave remaining for topping), and cinnamon.

3. In a separate bowl combine McCabe’s granola with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

4. Carefully remove the dutch oven lid, pour the peach mixture into the oven, cover, and let cook for 20 minutes.

5. Remove dutch oven lid and gently spread McCabe’s granola mixture over top. Replace the lid and let cook for another 20-25 minutes.

6. Enjoy on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream !
