Ingredients:10 large cooking apples, peeled, cored

1/2 cup apple juice

1/4 cup McCabe’s Delta Blueberry Granola



Place apples in crock pot with liquid and cook from 4 to 6 hours on low, turning up at the end depending on consistency.

Place about a half a cup of applesauce in a mug, heat briefly in microwave. Top with a handful of McCabe’s Delta Blueberry granola. Grab a spoon and you have a healthy breakfast to go.

Note: you can bypass the coring and peeling and run the finished mixture through a food processor.   Also, try different types of apples used create the amount of sweetness and consistency of the applesauce, some being sweeter and more liquid than others, so be sure to taste and add as necessary.
