4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups McCabe’s Cran with a Twist Granola

1 cup flour

1 to 2 eggs

Cranberry Crunch Salad

Ingredients:

Large variety of lettuce leaves

½ cup McCabe’s Cran with a Twist granola

½ cup feta cheese

1-2 tablespoons balsalmic vinegar

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Directions:

Wash and dry lettuce. Place in large serving bowl. Top with feta and then the granola. Drizzle balsalmic and olive oil on top and toss.
