by McCabe fans.

McCabe's Parfait by Polly Campbell of Cincinnati Enquirer
Ingredients
¼ cup fresh berries
¼ cup McCabe's Granola
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Layer, and eat with a spoon.
McCabe's Granola Banana Muffins
1 cup self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup oat bran
1 cup McCabe's Granola
1 egg
½ cup milk
¼ cup canola oil
2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed with a fork.

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir milk and oil into beaten egg. Blend sugar, self-rising flour, oat bran and McCabe's Granola together. Add egg mixture and smashed bananas. Stir just enough to moisten; mixture should be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins using ¼ c. measuring cup. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Yield: 8 medium muffins

McCabe's Granola Bread by Gene from NY
Ingredients
2T dry yeast
1c warm apple cider
1T honey
1T molasses
2t salt
4T butter, melted
2T wheat gluten
2c King Arthur White WW flour
12 oz (one package) McCabe's Granola
2-2.5 c bread flour

Directions
1. Proof dry yeast in 1c warm water, 5 minutes.
2. Stir in: warm apple cider, honey,molasses,salt,butter (melted), wheat gluten, white flour.
3. When well-mixed add McCabe's Granola (Don't break up the huge lumps. They make it interesting) and bread flour.
4. Knead 8-10 minutes, adding bread flour just to keep it from sticking.
5. Rise once in bowl, once in loaf pans (although it makes a pretty good free-form loaf).
6. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes until hollow sounding.
Incredible with peanut butter (sans salmonella) and it makes amazing french toast.
Yield: 2 loafs
